Interior Paint???!!! Suggestions?
Hello, I'm looking to paint my trim, I have the dark grey almost black variety (same color leather seats). I know this is going to look incredibly gaudy unless it'* done right. Any suggestions on the brand/type of paint, I'm looking to do dark blue/red color combo, almost a spider-man theme (I have a few spider-man items in the vehicle, but my band has similar colors.) If any one has tried this (aside from carbon fiber) lemme know how it'* turned out, if you love it/hate it, maybe some pics??? and if you haven't, if you happen to know exactly what paint to use please leave it here, my trim and doors are already off, lol (they needed intense cleaning, the girlfriend likes to spill her pepsi). Thanks again.

Well....
I have done interior dye'n and paint'n in my other cars....so
Here is my recommendations...
I ONLY use SEM Brand Paints....it bond VERY well to plastics and is flexible.
I prep my parts with laquer thinner..but you have to be careful as it will eat the plastic...
so quick wipes!
I got the paint from a local autobody supply store..and it comes in a spray bomb.
Here is a pic of my center console when i was doing my interior of my 5 liter capri.
Here is a pic of my foglight covers....
and i had used it for the fiberglass hoodscoop i put on...the bumper trim and grill assy.

What ever you use... before to test the paint on a smiliar surface before painting.
Just to be sure you're going to like the color and the effect it has.
Good luck, and I'm interested to see how this Spiderman theme turns out.
