Neon Lights in Interior - UPDATED....They are in !!
 

Getting some red neon lights put in my car later today..........I will post the pics as soon as it is dark and I will get to work on the pics. I can't wait !! 8)

Glitch in the schedule..........My friend who was supposed to install the lights for me can't do it until Saturday :evil: But you better believe I'm posting pics as soon as it is done.

I thought about red but I went with blue. I like to see yours when you get em installed.

I did RED LED's that come on with the headlights, they look sweet, theyre a bit more vibrant and sharp not as bright as the neons, my cam cant take pics of it tho, but i guaruntee it loos sweet, but ifd like to see how neons look postum, its SUNDAY :twisted:

I made all 10 of my interior lights red...looks sweet and saved me a ton of money. :D

ditto, all with red gel for theater lighting...its sweet aint it...

Nothing beats red interior lighting...I think Mach said it once, its like a submarine....uber cool lighting (man I gotta stop saying uber :roll: )

BMS where did u get the caps for it. i want to do that and have my red neons on

Sorry fellas I was out of town. I got the lights put in. I will take a bunch of pics tonight and I will post them too. It looks sweet, especially with all the dash being red. And they are bright too. 8)

Not sure about him, but I got my gel caps from Walmart. The dome light caps I had to cut a bit shorter to fit to the bulb size, but they worked great! And for the lights on the door I used red window tint film on the inside of the light covers. It looks great and matches the red gauges perfectly. :D

But I can't take all the credit. I have to give props to my Canadian Brutha Jim, for the help. :wink:

Ditto.... I used red blubs for the doors, but for my map lights and 4 lights in the back I used red plastic tint (aka "Gels") that are used for like strobe lights. Looks awesome!! :D

Again... I've gotta give Jim the credit for the idea, and helping me get my Bonnie into the red light district 8)

As for the Rora...not sure what to do there, I have like 75 idiot lights in that car...lol :lol:

Yeah the pic came out a little dark but I had to turn the flash off to catch the light. Believe me the lights are brights as hell. 8)

Do you guys think I should put a underbody kit on my car ? I was thinking of doing a red one. 8)

It can be done...never seen it on a 2000+ Bonne yet, go ahead break the ice and do it :D

I had a green body kit on mine but it was cheap... bright but cheap... it stopped working after I hot a monster pot hole.... RED most definatly man.. would look uhmm... Phat!>?! 8)

I used "gel" (the red plastic from the theatre lighting store) for all my lights except for the floor lights (cause the tape wouldnt stick cause its been so well armor-all'd) which i am still loking for a some caps for those.

The red underbody kit is on my list to do.........

First is The rims.........I have enough to get them but I can't decide on which ones yet.
Then, I want to put a body kit if we can every get that project going. I posted something on here before but it just dropped off.
Down the road I want to change my car from a single exhaust to a dual via a custom exhaust job.
I am also thinking about puttting in a new radio and maybe a TV or 2 in my car. A cousin of mine works at Best Buy so he would be able to get a big a$$ discount for that stuff. 8)
