Default Welcome another addition to the family!

I went and picked it up yesterday. 2 minutes after leaving the previous owners house, I drive smack into tornado warnings galore. Made it home fine and dandy except for the almost 45 minute drive through town that normally takes me about 10 minutes to do. So far I only gave it a quick wash this morning. No elbow grease. Forgot to spray the tires before I took the first shot. That'* why they are dry in the first one and wet in the second.

Got some work to do to it, but I think it will all work out.

Now that I think about it, I think this is the first time I have ever posted in this section.

Nice truck. Make sure you post up any issues- a few of us know the S10s more than we would like.

108,500 miles. Brand new tires, new fuel pump, new hub, you know, the usual *-10/Blazer issues.

Mike, yea, I hear ya. More issues than I'd like to admit. But, I really couldn't beat the price on it. It was a good starter loan(to get me back on my feet credit wise).

I need one to, thus the reason I snatched it.

When I was looking at it again the other day(prior to purchasing it) I had noticed on the RPO sticker that it had G80. I was like oh yea baby!!

Then last night I found in the glove box wayyyy under the manuals was the big dealer sticker. With base options, it came to $20,644.00. With added options, it came to $24,293.00. Funny too because, I bought this in Sayre, PA, but the dealer it was delivered to was right here in Elmira. Right now, I'm the 3rd owner. The previous owner has owned it since it only had 20,000 miles on it. The first owner, use to live 5 houses down from the 2nd owner. Small twisted world. Now the truck is back to its hometown. Or "birth home" lol.

Nice truck! That'll be my next sleeper project, extended cab short box Xtreme, with a motor similar to my Silverado in it.
