Tint here in Indy is 35% front/ 20% back ..and i got 20/20 on both and i've never been stopped. Most cops around here don't really pull people over for those type of issues... neons if anything. Well, although, here it's only 35% Front & 25% Right, I, myself, never heard of any stories about anybody being pilled over for having darker tints.

I think, as long as you keep your nose clean, you should be fine.
