THE CAR IS TOTALLED
I have determined that the car is just not worth it to repair. The dash alone would take over 8-10 hours to fix up I was told. To me that is just not worth it. So I am car hunting again but just found a 1997 Pontiac Bonnevillle as is so I might look into that and just take the parts of of mine to fix it up and be good to go!
After that it is either the wreckers or the Kidney Foundation for a donation.... just have to figure this all out.
What are the odds, Black Bonnie for a Black Bonnie???

You are telling me! What a mess to save your life! Now I see why insurance companies just write them off when the air bags go!
On a good note, when I resigned myself to the fact that my Bonnie was done, I went on Kijiji and was looking around there. I found a 1997 Bonneville SSE and it was BLACK in colour!!! It was my car'* twin!!! The guy wanted $1100 for it as is but I bought it for $800. Guess where all the parts for the safety are going to come from???
I pick her up tomorrow!!
This one will be treated with TLC and not as a battering ram like the Sr. one. Lesson learned the hard way!
