Pictures of a yet-to-be-modded 94 SSEi
From the Intro forums:
The black car in the back is my old Nissan Sentra. Someone smashed into it at 30mph.

The other car is my sister'* Alero.

I'll need to replace the fender. The red car is my mom'* Sable.

The exhaust needs to be fixed up some. Perhaps a Flowmaster?
http://www.putfile.com/pic.php?img=3388055
I bought Type * seat covers and a steering wheel cover. A friend of mine gave me the floor mats. The original leather seats are saddening. The owner was a cigar smoker.

The TC button and such are missing. I'll need to get a new set. Anyone?

Yes, fuzzy dice. $3 at Advance Auto Parts.
http://www.putfile.com/pic.php?img=3387978
Still stock.
http://www.putfile.com/pic.php?img=3387979
Duralast battery.

Horrible digital camera. Free with a printer.
http://www.putfile.com/pic.php?img=3387981
Yes, quite stock. In just a week or so, I'll get a conical K&N.

I also have uploaded a new pic:
Hooray for technology.

You've got a good base to start with, now clean her up!!
You mentioned a K&N. An intake is a great first mod. Do a search on "rice pipe" and "heat shield" to learn about how to properly make an intake and how to shield it from engine bay heat. The filter the majority seem to run here is the K&N RX4750. AJUSA seems to have the cheapest prices (free shipping) http://www.ajusa.com/cgi-bin/knfilte...1d9bf14bf0a17d .
That double washer bottle you have could be tricky to deal with but others that had that "problem" could help you out.

K&N mods
Thanks for the tips and the link. In fact, a friend of mine and I were going to cut a "rice pipe" to size, and I'm debating among my friends between an aluminum and a plexiglass heat shield.

Whoops
I don't know what to call the bubble wrap that looks metallic. I'll take a picture of some and post that to show you. The said friend has already made a heat shield with that stuff, and it works generally well. Look for 1337SSEi.

This is the box I'm still using after a year and a half, except it'* covered now. Just make sure ya seal everything up and you'll be good. Mine keeps the temps to within 5* ambient
I know you're gonna ask so,the black box on the right is the PCM
