Steve, if you get your butt out here, I'd be glad to work with you any time. Or anyone else for that matter.
Top end ready to go back together, then off to get the trans on a flatbed. Hopefully in 2 weeks. Maybe 3.
Still have to:
Replace LIM manifold gaskets and seals
Reassemble and re-install ported SC and TB
Replace water pump
Replace timing chain, gears, and tensioner
Then the trans, and finally break in the new tires that have barely 50 miles on them before the trans went BOOM.
Top end ready to go back together, then off to get the trans on a flatbed. Hopefully in 2 weeks. Maybe 3.

Green hose ends at the pressure washer.
Gonna clean things up under there really well before I finish her up. Forgot to add to the list that I need to reinstall the EGR. It lived in a solvent bath in an ultrasonic cleaner for 3 hours last month. Squeaky clean.
Water/Methanol injection is ready to go back in, but I went with a smaller nozzle and have to find it. It'* in my desk at work somewhere.
