Kyle's and my car
Attachment 38792

on Friday night we just sat around and played yahtzee and drank at my house. Everyone got pretty drunk, but Seth got trashed  He was drinking this straight.

and him in the morning
Attachment 38794

after a quick trip to Autozone for some new ramps, We got passed by a Crazy Durango driver, which threw rocks all over my buddies Durango who was driving. The crazy driver then continued to fly into a gravel parking lot and whip a ton of donuts. I wonder how long he did it after we drove by.

Saturday morning we got to work on Kyle's shift kit.

It was not the cleanest job.

added lots more springs, after quite a bit of confusion from the directions.

Kyle coming back from a test drive after the shift kit. He took my aeroforce with him and found out he has 4-5* of KR in 30-40* weather with his 3.5" pulley

then I talked Kyle into clearing his headlights. they turned out great.
Attachment 38802

then I talked Kyle into clearing his taillights. I did them and they did not go as well as the other sets I have done. I ended up delaminating his center piece, so I gave him mine. I am now on the lookout for a new center piece.

after that all of us went to the Eagles Nest. I dont have any pics of all of us, but it was Kyle (Allmachtige), Seth (smellbird), Jason (BonneMeMN), Travis (sonoma_zr2), Prescott (fantastic88), Gordy (ssei95) and I (harofreak00)

Prescott and Gordy ordered the famous 2lb Duke Burger.
Attachment 38803

Prescott ate his half (1lb burger) faster than anyone else ate their plain burgers! Gordy tried and tried, but could not finish his half of the burger.
Attachment 38804

so he gave it to Prescott to finish :)
Attachment 38805

then everyone else went home except for Kyle Seth and I. We went downtown for some drinks with my friends. Kyle bought shots.

then Kyle and I went over to my old house to chill with some drunk friends for a while. Kyle liked the puss.
Attachment 38810

Sunday morning Kyle and I put the tailights back on his car, and did a small photoshoot.

Looks like a good time, kind of thought about making it out to this but i ended up having to do my clinical time this weekend. Glad to see he got that shift kit in, AND he cleared the corners. It looks so good on dark colors and he was kind of hesitant to do it when we had a meet in September.

Did you get confused with the shift kit when it came to what number each spacer was? i somehow missed the last sentence of that part of the directions and it took awhile for me to figure out.

i wish i couldve made it down

Yeah, basically. The directions could have been a lot clearer with better pictures. We ended up only using half of the parts supplied with the kit, which was confusing at first.

Hah, nice pics. What a buncha screwballs  looked like fun.

Peterg22000 11-18-2007 05:28 PM

so didn't you guys have any time to drink?

nothin' but a bunch of drunks in MN

BillBoost37 11-18-2007 08:17 PM

What a bunch of nuts.. you guys always seem to have a pile of fun at meets.

Hey Kyle..nice purse..lol

willwren 11-18-2007 08:33 PM

Kyle, you little shit, where were you a month ago when I was there?

Good work, guys!

Allmachtige 11-18-2007 09:57 PM

Its called a man's purse, get it right.

The shift kit directions were pretty confusing and I think we spent a good 30 minutes figuring out how to replicate the pictures it came with. All that KR is probably from the car still on the original o2 and the cat is probably shot.

Otherwise it was a lot of fun and I think its impossible for me to not look like a goofy dork when I've been drinking. The pic with me holding that kitten is a wonderful example of me just downright drunk.

Good times and much thanks to haro for swapping center pieces.

I'd doubt that ... All the newer bonnies local to me are running +13 LTFT's which means stock they are super lean.
