It was not easy and I did it with 3 people. The suede was really hard to cut and work with so that made it a little harder. I used 3 cans of spray glue and after getting high off of all the fumes in the closed garage after unloading 3 cans (that probably made us take a little longer too). I had to disconnect all the tvs and stuff to do all of this so yah it definately took like a total of 9 hrs with trips to the store and getting food and stuff. It was a pain to do but it was definately worth it.

Wow that looks sweet!!
But on a side note you've got the B pillar trim ontop of that rubberish stuff that rubber kinda stuff should not be pinched by the trim. I recently removed my B pillar trim and quiet some rattles and did the same thing.
