I'm here! And as always I come with boatloads of pics :P
Specs: Dual 12" Infinity Reference Series subs, and an Alpine 600W RMS amp @ 2ohms.
The box is 3/4" MDF, with a 3/4" plexiglas face, the box itself was professionaly painted by Mr. PeterG who did an awesome job, I'll let him spec out the paintjob. But it'* so neat, it felt like glass!
Box freshly painted, before the plexi and before the vinyl graphics.
Box with graphics applied, very tight.
Beginning of the final assembly process.
Assembly JUST finished.
Awesome 600W Alpine amp attached, note the amp has it'* faceplate removed here, which is why it looks kinda weird.
It frign' started raining as soon as Peter pulled in the driveway so we put up my canopy to work.
Little custom work on the dash to integrate the level control for the subs.
Putting red wire loom around the power cable so it matches under da hood.
Fin!
Added some custom vinyl level labels around the ****, very nice very nice!!!
Unfortunately we didn't finish the install till like 10:30pm so there'* no good sunny finished install pics, Peter will have to get some of those later.
