Project Venom Stage 3- All Corner Air Suspension//Fixed Pics
I quess the COTM isnt going to happen before I leave, so i thought i'd share photos of the lastest mod completion, Everything on this build is new cutting edge equipment
and a hell of a project to put together. The valving and electronics immense. Over 300 feet of wire was used to put this setup in. At a cost of nearly $3000.
2 Pics of front Mcpherson Airbag Struts, Max 150 Psi . Handcrafted to fit the GXP.
2 pics of rear airbags that replaced the coil springs and tied in with OEM air struts,
Max 300 Psi. The OEM airstruts would blow at that pressure and will be replaced with hrydraulic rams soon.
The Digital Monitor gives you pressures to all four corners to accuratly match side to side ride height
Pic of Remote Contol Box. Outer 4 buttons raise or lower any one corner. The Middle one raises or lowers the entire car. The two above and below
the middle one raise and lower both front and both back respectively
Two pics of the Twin air compressors, air tank, and my second nitrous bottle with new Psi Gauge. The selonoid manifold, valves and pressure sensors sit behind the airtank.
All Chrome and stainless components. The airlines were custom cut to length and crimped and tested for 10 minutes at 3200 Psi. Thanks to Cook Brothers Trucking....
These hydraulic lines are a first in Lowrider builds and their use as such ; my own idea. They are clear poly coated colored stainless braided lines.
Three pics of car at "crusing height" I can put the front deflector on the ground and a magnesium strip has been ordered to pop rivet to the deflector and gonna have some fun with it.
Car about 3/4'* of the way up.... I wont put all the way up till OEM rear airstruts are replaced because I'm afraid I'll blow them.
ELC Trick 2006, ready for launch. This is a one of the real reasons for doing mod. I was amazed at the torque that is transfered by not only jacking the rear up but
also dropping the front deflector to an inch from the ground. Where I couldnt really light the tires up before mod has been changed to burning rubber throughout
1st gear as long as I care to.
Thanks to all that have supported my build and expect no less in the future. Gxp Venom has alot of morphing to go. I can safely say this is the most expensive Bonneville ever made,
and should become the fastest street legal Bonny in a few short months. A custom Magneti Flashable PCM with harness has been located ($1800) and opens the door for a
custom Vortec */C application. At that time the wet nitrous jet will be replaced by individual intake port nitrous fogging. Dreamakers is living up to their name and their high end skills
and tech reach have made my dream a reality.

you got to be kidding me
AMAZING to say the least
if you get the PCM issue sorted out and put a supercharger on there with supporting mods you should break into 12'* where rogue is right now, probably the fastest street legal bonnie.

I go up my driveway at about same height as OEM, any more makes it bounce off the ground, lol
The front is a mcpherson strut with ten way damper with and air bag engineered around it to replace the coil spring. Thats it and smoother than OEM
Though I dont know or regularly talk to Rouge His work and performance is my ambition and drive. You have to have a goal to achieve and he'* the MAN!
