home made grills
took me about 5 hours with a band saw, drill with 3/8 bit, countersink also, material is 1/4 thick aluminum, and a couple of cans of spray paint, i made them kinda quick but they 'll be a good template for a new set, just wanted to see how it looked, and wanted to get other peoples opinion, so what do ya think? different color maybe?

home made grills
i tried the polished aluminum, looked okay , just wanted to try something different, after all it'* just paint, it can be removed if need be, i have a new design i've been woring on, i want to get this one chromed, 1 grill instead of 2 and mount it flush to the front of the car covering over the pontiac symbol, kinda like an escalade grill except smaller, it consists of about 12-14 thin steel bars bent slightly in the middle taking the shape of the entire grill opening, i'll post some pics when their done, i do this stuff at work, on work time, so i get paid to make stuff for my own car, i love it!!
