Me too. Nytro'* beast is a beauty. More impressive on a black car. But my question stands.....what is claying, HOW does it work, and WHY? How long does it last? Does it work better if you drink beer when you do it?

Its Almost like a piece of Playdoh. your wash and dry your car, then spray this 'car detail' stuff out of a spray bottle, It wets the paint, then you take the clay and just run it up and down the 2 ft x 2ft section you just sprayed. then wipe off with a rag, fold the clay and move on to the next section. It takes off every little impurity, sap, oxidation, tar, anything off, and leaves the paint feeling smooth as a greased pig. Then you wax it with the supplied 4oz bottle of carnuba wax, thats what brings out the

You'll notice it easiest on your bottom rocker? panels. Take your hand and run down the length of a lower door panel, you feel all kinds of bumps, after the claying its completely smooth, like glass. I was a little apprehensive at first doing it on my black paint but D-D-DAM i'm glad i did now!

IT shoudl ONLY be done while consuming many beers. (or JD & sprites) that way when you sweat on it you have to use less of the detail spray. plus your too drunk to go anywhere so there is nothing better to do then clean your car for 6 hours straight!

Cant wait to see all the pics, and thanks for the props ya'll!

FYI, I won't use the carnuba on it.....I have another secret. Liquid Glass. Should do well after the claying.

If you haven't heard of it, ask me

OK, what the heck is it? :?: :?: :?:

Unfortunately when you buy the clay kit it will include a 4 oz bottle of the carnuba. Enough for one app. i had barely enuff of the car detail spray, (the clay luber), so you might want to pic up another bottle of that. I Believe that WAS sold seperately also.
