Gratuitous engine shots, and homemade intake.
The intake was a lot prettier before the insulation, but it did wonders. I took many shots, but here's a few.

whats underneath all the tin foil? PCV pipe?
hehe as long as its usefull, its practical! |
doesnt have to be beautiful, it just has to work  I saw you have a Floz SC, does that help any? I remember they guy who ran it wasnt the best businessman in the world.

ye, your right it dont look pretty, but its got duck tape so its got to work right  either way you have a decently clean engine bay
|
Yes, there is PVC under the insulation. You've never seen pics before because it is so ugly. The duct tape is from some recent surgury and I was out of aluminum tape. The engine is cleaner than it looks. I had just spent an hour on it.
Yeah, the transaction for the SC was a little shady, but I feel I got more than I paid for. After I cleaned out the aluminum shavings, that is. |
