Black Betty
I don't care about scratches, bug poop, rain, finger prints......
They want $6000 for a paint job, so Flat Black it stays
It runs great, sounds better and I'm sure would post a 14.0 1/4 mi time.
Whoa, Black Betty (Bam-ba-Lam)
Whoa, Black Betty (Bam-ba-Lam)
Black Betty had a child (Bam-ba-Lam)
The damn thing gone wild (Bam-ba-Lam)

last year for the big block. why did you buy it in that condition if you didn't have the means to make it really nice again? You already had a formula of the same year, right? Anyways, one of my favorite trans ams. My dad personally had a 79 Silver Anniversary car, so growing up it was a car I admired. I guess save up and keep the car solid, that way, you can enjoy it but still keep it respecable.

I paid $1000 for it and it was in very rough shape mechanically....if you've been following my Back to my Roots post.
Already dumped $8000 into into not counting my 4 months of free labour.
That'* enough for now.
Got to save up to spend more on the Bonne.
Sure love the sound of that 4 barrel when it kicks down into 1st gear and thrusts me back into the seat with its nose lunging up and rear squating down.
.....and the T-Tops don't leak now.
Everything works except the air conditioning, power locks and cruise control...but who needs them. :P
