Matt'* 98 SSEi
These are just a couple pictures of my 1998 SSEi. I haven't had this car for very long, so it'* pretty much stock except for the exhaust, (custom resonator, mufflers removed) and a K&N.
Upcoming mods will defininetly include some kind of custom or home-brewed CAI, 3.4" blower pulley from either pulley boys or intense, and a set of MSD coils and plug wires. I will get around to the exterior mods sooner or later, but for now I'm still priding myself on having such a clean older Bonneville. I live in Southeast Wisconsin and most of the cars around here are not so well preserved after they're almost 10 years old. I enjoy it when the less car-intelligent people think that my SSEi is only a couple years old. Anyways, I'm new to this club and I just wanted to let all of you see what I am working with before the mods start to take place. Hopefully I'll get some newer and better ones on here soon.

Mines white too! I have a 1998 white also and I got pems cai downpipe 3.4 plugs tstat pcm etc other 3.4 supporting mods, and the difference from stock is like a ferrari compared to a geo metro. Also how do you like the sound of your exhaust setup.

The stock coils, believe it or not, are quite "hot" and really don't need upgrading. A better first mod would be a 180* thermostat to replace your stock 195*. If you want to get some fresh wires on there though, go with Belden Premiums from Napa ~$35, which carry a lifetime warranty and seem to perform really well on our cars. If you haven't replaced the plugs in a while you might want to hit that too while you're at it. A nice copper plug like the NGK-TR55'* work well on our cars too.
