Stainless Steel Woven Mesh Grill
. Finally finished fabricating and installing a new grille in the 2004 Bonneville. I did not like the look of the last grille, too cheep looking, so I bought some woven stainless steel mesh. I cut it on a diagonal and bent it into shape using a pattern I made earlier in the summer. I like this look a lot better that the other material I used.
I also started on another project, installing a set of CATZ dual lamp fog/driving lights on the car. Here is a rough shot of the custom switch panel I am fabricating to go into the useless space that hold coins or whatever in the dash. Next step is to primer and paint the panel to match the interior.
