Thanks guys.
The headlights are OEM E39s and were work.. I welded metal to extend the hood, rivited in front sections of E39 fender with epoxy, then used kitty hair and bondo for the rest. It'* really structural so I can take it apart without issue. Lots of other misc stuff too.

Oh dang didn't realize they were that much work. I was sitting here thinking that if I ever get a Bonne of that body style I'm doing the same headlights as you but I don't think I'm up for bodywork lol

Yep, I did all the headlight bodywork and filled in the pontiac and bonneville on the bumpers.
I had a shop weld in/shave the trunk key hole and antenna, and fix the door dings. I was wayy sick of bodywork by that point.
