I'm 6 foot. I've never been in a truck yet that hasn't had enough room for my legs.

I'm 6-foot-4, and while borrowing my dad'* Dodge Dakota, my ankle was bent upwards to work the pedals, and I drove like a hunchback so my head wouldn't hit the roof.

I know there are roomier pickups, like the Silverado and some certain blue-oval ones, but that'* just the backstory to my sedan rant.

A dakota isn't a real pickup, it'* a toy. Hop in a full sized and you will have no problem.

I'm about 6' and I had plenty of room in my extended cab Ranger. If I had my seat all the way back, I could barely touch the pedals.

Hey now, Dakotas are pretty good little trucks (my uncle has a 318 5spd 4X4 that will stomp both his chevy'*, granted they're both 2500HD with V8'*) not too roomy though....oh and you ride in a 90'* on back pickup and you'll find plenty of room...lol, BIG difference between a 1979 chevy C20 and a 2005 Chevy 2500 and so on, leg room and head room wise...As far as the prius: Where is a stick of dynamite when you need it?

the 2500hds suffer from a terrible "coffee straw" tune, the newer the worse they are, i used to have a 03 for a work truck and one of the other guys had a 06 same exact configuration the 03 would completely dust the 06. no mods done to either. i suspect if you try to mod the engine with out a good tune you are probably going to hurt its performance not help.
