Got the rims worst grit off, but still have to give them a good finish cleaning and polish them.
The car took 4 - YES FOUR!!! Mothers claybar kits to clean up decently. I could use another one to get it to where my 99 is, but it's not worth it at this point -I have to have a solid 24+ hrs into claying, polishing with Race Glaze Polish (2 coats), and 3 layers of Meguairs Professional #16 Glaze Wax.
The Canon SD600 is not working the greatest, and I'm thinking a Digital SLR is going to be purchased with the Federal Stimulis check I should be getting sometime this week, but I may end up with a $350 Canon with a nice telephoto 20-80mm lens.

For now here are the pics, which do not do the car or my labors justice. I finished with the detailing (whats done so far anyhow) last Thursday night and it's been sitting in a dusty garage since -the paint looks WET in person. :D

The old pic I took after just a car wash a few weeks ago:

Looks really nice and what's that on the steering wheel. I'm starting to realize that SLEs can be cool...

looks good! im hoping a calybar will give me a similar result 8)

but i think the ISO may be set too high on your camera, they look really grainy.

Thanks everyone -looks like I won't be doing much more to the car other than wipers, and a quick going over on the rims to finish her up for the next owner. I have someone who wants to buy it already (a friend in dire need of a new car). I won't make much on the car, but it's what I was expecting considering it has 180k miles on it. $2400 into the car and I'll be selling it for $3950 with a wrecked back bumper, cracked windshield, and needing a brake job.

Flap off the Napa Gold oil filter box. Has oil type and weight, filter type nd #, as well as the mileage and date. Also say's the typre of air filter too as I changed in a new NAPA Gold back in March when they had a big sale on Napa Gold filters.
