Still cool here at night so there is dried salt on the road........back into the garage for another week. :(
These are very grippy rubber boots. Soft R2 compound but nowhere near the softest, so I guess i can run them a bit longer on the street.
Pumped up to 35 psi, they can still be made to spin and they leave solid black stripes. No squeal, just smoke.
Track pressure is 16 psi. but I won't run that on the street. These wheels are too narrow. They should be 3 inches wider but are minimum at 7"
These 255 section width tires are 2 inches wider than my Potenza 255'*. They really maximize the contact patch.
