Kind of a past/present 3800 thread here.
1997 Bonneville SSEI Have currently Pretty normal pic, it liked piggy back rides. Got this car in 2005. It's about to be for sale Attachment 18006 1997 Regal GS (Regal 1) As the name denotes, it was the first Regal for me. White molting back to primer. Needed a coolant elbow and sway bar when I picked it up for $500. I drove this one about two months. Installed a HUD. Attachment 18007 Attachment 18008 1998 Regal LS 25th Anniversary (Regal 2/6) This Regal was found missing a front bumper cover, mirror in need of a resonator and sway bar, $450 Installed a HUD. 2/6 becuase it came back after it was sold. Drove this one for about 4 months. Attachment 18009 1997 Regal GS (Regal 3) The often sought after blue, and oddly all one color. Picked up on the same day and only 1 mile from Regal 4. This Regal needed a thermostat, window regulator, sway bar, seat cover and serious cleaning (smelled like sour milk inside). $500 Attachment 18010 1998 Regal GS (Regal 4) Great looking car, needed trans lines, brake lines, brakes, cluster. Overall a great car that I planned to drive. Friend sold it for me before I could put it on the road. $600 Attachment 18011 1998 Regal GS (Regal 5) Overall a nice looking car, little rust on a wheel well. Needed a motor, sway bar and brake lines. Drove this car for around a year. Installed a HUD. Sold it to get myself moving to find Regal #7. Attachment 18012 Attachment 18013 1998 Regal LS (Regal 6) This car was Regal 2 as well, came back to me for $100. Motor still ran, needed wheel bearings, transmission, cosmetic help, front and rear windshields. Nearly considered scrapping it, but a little effort saved it. Attachment 18014 2000 Regal GS (Regal 7) Current car This car was supposed to be an LS with sunroof and fold down rear seat. Those were my only real criteria when looking. Found a GS for $1400 in overall good shape. It...like all others needed work. Sway bar was intact! This car got an extensive list of stuff: LED mirror turn signals, puddle lights, full stereo with sub and amp, dynomat entire car plus sludged doors, trunk mat, rear STB (had front), 3in DP/GTP exhaust, front Plog, HS 1.9 rockers w/springs, poly doggers/front mounts, aluminum cradle, aluminum oil pan, Lucerne 18" rims, 08 rear knuckles, Fbody front brakes, heated seat add, added power ports/cig lighter sockets, projector headlights, all led bulbs, tint, sequential turn signals, exhaust cut out fasicas, GMpp sways, HT Motorsports trailing, toe and drag arms, Vogtlands/GR2's, HO alt, alt wire, etc etc. Soon to have a built trans and Gen V. When it arrived http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b2...S/IMG_6010.jpg Now Attachment 18015 Now..let's see yours |
