AMAZING job on the carpet
the car looks fantastic! |
Seconded, those carpets came out really good. I like the alternating direction vacuum lines, makes your carpet look like a golf course.

This is all i've got for now...
Attachment 43383 You'll see her at the MI meet...Sept. 22nd! You may not have noticed this, but I cringe everytime I see it...front driver's side fender, near the corner lamps (which i'm gonna clear soon)...DENTS! And mis-matched spray paint     It'll all be fixed eventually. |
All that thing does is keep in heat. Feel free to take it off. helps your engine stay cooler easier. especially your intake...where you want it to be cool. And you might wanna do some kinda heat shield for that CAI...you're just suckin in super hot air!
|
Looks nice Chris. You did a great job.
I see that you are planning on attending the meet you will have a great time. |
She looks great, and I have to add my cudos to the carpet as well.
What did you use? |

And yes, the heat shield...gotta figure that one out! Any input as to cheap ideas are welcome! I was thinking about doing something like this http://www.bonnevilleclub.com/forum/...49e5cb48d5153a Gumball, as for the carpets, I used a can of Tuff Stuff ($2.99) and a Libman Scrub Brush ($3.49). All I did was vacuum it out, then used the foam, let it sit, scrub it out, then use a rag to soak up the dirty foam. Works great for carpet, didn't really do much for the seats. Also worked to remove stains from the door handles (inside) and the plastic inside. [/url] |
Wow I love that green......not to say I don't love my white......but that is one sweet look!

Just remember that your car has a different fender area. This is the set-up I used: http://gonneville.smugmug.com/photos/78633661-M.jpg The cannister in the bottom center is the Evap Cannister, which sits right below your PCM box(the black box on your driver's side. Relocate those two pieces, and you have a nice big, round hole to pass a hose through. Just make sure to make some sort of splash guard, as there's no plastic inner fender at the front of the well. www.intense-racing.com offers a few choices. Call them, and Todd will help you get the right one for your car. |
yeah beautiful car man.

Attachment 43312 Attachment 43313 Attachment 43314 Attachment 43315 okay, the last one was in my driveway...but hey, that time of night! |
nice pose on the first pic above^
covers that dent real well :D j/k man ;) you know, I bet if you was to remove the fender you could pop most of that out. |
I spy silver grills. Looks good against the darker green
|
LMAO!
I did pose that way to cover the dent Gumball...how'd you ever guess? I do plan pulling it off for at least a temp fix until I get my hands on a matching fender... And yes Echo...they're silver, but the :jester: that did it apparently didn't know how to mask...bad overspray! The grill needs to be replaced...if you look closely the mounting tab is broken off the grill and the left side's only supported by the metal band :? I've only had her 18 days now...plans are in the making ;) |
Great pic's , Clean up job looks great !
