I.e. if my car, unmodded is rated at 240bhp, I would have 180whp. Going the other direction, I need to add 33% of 180 to get back to 240.
So, you see Todd, you are actually over 100, so just keep your decal and don't sweat the small stuff.

But yes, if you used that amount of power loss it would be over 100hp gained, but that isn't the power loss, so it wouldn't make much sense, would it.
All you do is take the wheel horsepower and divide it by .8 for 20% loss. For 25% loss it would be .75 and so on.
