More KR vids
I made a few short vids with my KR issues. I don't know if the readings are real or false. I was also wondering if the O2 sensor readings are normal as well.

I don't think Kr is normal at crusie like that. But I have no idea what would casue a ready like that.
O2 voltage should toggle between 0 & a 1000 as far as I know and the faster it toggles the better I belive.
Also what was the outside temps and such when you were doing this?

Why am I getting the KR readings with the FWI intake and not with the gutted airbox? I zip tied the bottom pipe/filter, nothing is moving. What gives? I should have gotten the Intense FWI!!!! Makes me want to trade the car in on a Dodge Caliber.

Stretching the brain, I see two possibilities. The first will be a question, and the second will be a suggestion.
1. What air filter are you running?
2. Acoustics. A FWI or stock airbox will absorb and naturally damp acoustics. Your hard-piped FWI may be resonating or simply picking up road noise and not damping it, transmitting it to the engine in the form of noise, causing false knock.

Re-install the JMB intake, but only the first half. Install the filter where the joint to the second piece would be. Try it that way. This may help to rule out false knock from road noise acoustics, or perhaps the pipe banging on something during driving. Make sure the pipe isn't pushed into the coupler so far that it can contact the throttle body.
Let us know what you find. If you don't have KR at that point, we'll go on. If you still do, we gotta dig a bit more.
