I have been a biker for 12 years started out on my dads 1976 Honda. In 2003 a converted to Sportbikes and I have been customizing them ever since. There is nothing like going 130MPH in 3rd gear by the time you get to 6th the speedo read 182mph granted their is some speedo error so your actually going about 170mph. My latest project was a Kawasaki ZX14. I got 220HP on the Dyno without the 50 shot of NOS. 210MPH is the fastest I had it going and got scared. I love cruisers but nothing beats a sportbike for shear power and performance. If you got a 1/2 brain and 2 big balls go with a sportbike.

LOL!!! And sometimes I wish. I have Driver-Rider Intercom/FM/MP3/GPS/Cell/GMRS 2 way Radio all patch into both my helmets with built in Stereo Speakers and Mike'*. And a RiderLink ST1 that patches it all together neatly.
Great Bike Nick, I could only ride it an hour or two at one time. But it makes me want a Roadster to go along with My Cruiser anyway.

Also nothing beats a 900 dollar ticket for doing 103MPH on one wheel, they were going to pull my license but I got a lawyer who knocked it down to care required, speeding and exhibition. If I never had got the lawyer I would have no license and possibly done some jail time. I didnt really want to keep my body covered in my own **** for 3 months to keep away all of the lifers trying to touch me so I paid out my *** in lawyer fee'*. Best money I have ever spent.

It'll take me awhile to think about one again.

I know that sucks, I have 3 ruptured discs and the road rash was the worst pain when they sterilized and used a metal brush to get out the gravel. That happened September of 04, I rebuilt my R1 the winter of 04-05 I was back riding April of 05.. Since then I have been more conservative while Im driving in town but if I find a straight isolated road beyond city limits my brain goes duhhh and my heart starts pounding then I know something stupid is going to happen. To everyone no matter the bike ride safe and please wear a helmet because I watched a guy lay his bike over around a curve in the street, he lost control and hit a stop sign with no helmet on, he died instantly and he was only going 30-35MPH. So ride safe and dont lsiten to the part of your brain that is hardwired to the HP and Torque of your bike. Drive safe. Take Care
