My 92 Grand Marquis
Shame on GM for discontinuing their RWD BOF. I originally got the Marquis because I liked the styling better, and quality seemed a little better than the Roadmaster. Of course, that's the only Ford that's got such quality. I've got 340,000 km with the original heater core, rad, alternator, water pump, etc etc. Yeah, I have replaced some door lock actuators, and I've gone through 2 wiper motors. However, I don't think other Ford products come near the quality of the Marquis or other GM products.
Comparing the Marquis with the Lesabre, I actually prefer the Marquis. The interior of the Lesabre feels really cheap. That said, it's easier to service than the Marquis with the exception of the tranny and the ACC belt (shame on GM!)
