First time I let the dump valve loose, it recoiled into my sunglasses. Second time, I stood up farther, and it knocked me backwards.
Yesterday, I pressurized the tank with residual water in it, then dumped it for the girls with a rag over the outlet (we were inside). It FROZE the rag.
driverjohn played with this in his driveway about a year and a half ago. I have a nighttime pic of a 2" diameter column of water heading toward'* Gramps' house.
There'* alot of energy in this thing.

Good progress being made here. Almost ready to fire the Zilla with the new TB. I still need to flush out the rest of the sytem, as it hasn't been used in a year or more. I'm going to run a full tank of water with a little bit of bleach in it through the entire system except the nozzle, then change the filter and relocate the tank to the trunk.
I still have to put the Zilla'* TB onto the SLEeper. And check Kim'* rear brakes and speedo. Both are having issues on the cute little Neon.
Fun relaxing day of tinkering. No pressure now that I have at least ONE car ready to run again.

I'd be helping you if I could... I may be very drunk while doing so but I'm sure I could find a screwdriver... If I get too bad Kim can just kick me out of the way...LMAO

Vig, think of water injection (in simple terms) as a poor-man'* intercooler. Or the only intercooler if you're a Series 1.
John, I did some testing on the tank. It'* enough for several track runs. It delivers a great spray pattern from 65 psi all the way down to about 25-30. It takes a full minute for me to run it from 65psi to 40psi, and I only use it for about 10 seconds each run (my intent anyway). I'll turn it on AFTER the launch, only at WOT. The tank holds about 2 gallons, but I typically only put in one gallon at at time.
Testing with 30% Methanol mix this morning went very well.
