sawgunner 11-24-2009 12:47 AM

not bad but those tails are going to be expensive even in the bone yards i tried to get the projector headlight from a 98 and they were $300 each in the boneyards

jspoo23 11-24-2009 12:49 AM

Check for motor oil leaks and scan the system for codes. If the transmission input sensor is bad, it's a major PITA.

Make sure to check for oil leaks.
Especially sure the case 1/2 seal isnt leaking when you have it in the air.
Look for coolant crossover gaskets leaking coolant. They are under the t-body.

Nice price for the condition. Looks sharp and I love the Red. 146K miles on that N* engine is a concern. Some do very well. Alot just don't. Check it well for oil leaks, take two looks around the heads. LOL

Wanna sell me the motor?? I have a 97 Deville that needs a engine LOL

Not a bad looking car, but watchout for the motor. Luckily, I got my Caddy free, but the motor isn't cheap.

Nice color! Take your time and crawl over that ride before you buy. You don't want to end up putting in the same amount of $$ you paid for the car in repairs.
