What a *****...
First chance i've had since Ryan worked over my truck to take any pics. ignor the back bumper, i've got plans to make it look a little better
Check these Rimz!
Not as many "gadgets" as the bonneville had. Heck, theres no AC and no power!
Check out the reflection of the hood!
This is after one hand wash today to clean the road/rain dirt off it. there wasn't nearly the smooth feel that it had after Ryan detailed it though. I have a hunch that there was something on the towel i dried it with (fabric softener or maybe some eagle one nano wax that didn't wash out...) and maybe it left a film on everything.

Looking good!
What kind of gas mileage are you getting with that 4.3? My father in law has the same truck, but with an automatic and can only squeeze 19 MPG out of it. He'* not too happy.

19 isn't too bad really from what i've expirenced. I get about 16.5 in the city and about 18 on the highway. Keep in mind though i still try and drive like i have the SSEi... if i back out of the throttle a little bit i'll bet I get a little better but not a whole lot. Its still a truck.

holy crap. wtf is with the 4.3? My 5300 and my 3 ton tank get 17.5 average city and 21 on the highway. And I've seen people with a short bed reg cab with the 5300 get even better than THAT.
Makes you wonder why they even use the 4.3 when the 5300 and the 4.8 (the shorter stroke version) get better mileage. :?

that IS a little engine, IMO never should have been put in anything bigger than an s10, thats alot of weight for that lil motor to move around, which is why the bigger motors do better, they dont have to work as hard.... granted my 318 in my dodge only got like 11mpg lol
