It looks fast but our tachs are different. It sounds like its off by only a few hndred rpm(that being either mine or yours). Your car revvs higher but doesn't reach 5000 but mine is lower and stops at 5000. So basically my car at 5000 sounds like your car at 4700.

well, do you really need it to go over 5k? everybody says the series 1 sc drops off after 4500

i shift at about 5200..... but different gear ratios

your shift points do seem kind of low to me, although I've never driven the S1 s/c 3800.. I'd still think it's shift out of 1st at a higher speed than 40?

Engine sounds great. I miss supercharger whine. :)

That wasnt very fast if it was floored...that was about what, 8 seconds to 60?
