MAP 5volt signal test

Default MAP 5volt signal test

Locate your MAP sensor(*), they are on the rear of the engine above the rear valve cover. The plug(*) are on the rear and point down.


Lift on the tab, wiggle and push down. Do not pull on the wires.

Use your multimeter and place the red probe on the gray wire, and the black probe on the black wire. With the key in the run position but not with engine running, you should get a 5 volt reading
