INNOVA 3150e
Purchased a INNOVA 3150e on Ebay. The scantool software I have used for the last six plus years is having trouble, and the Seller'* web-site is down.
Went with the INNOVA 3150e, only because it scans for ABS and SRS issues. I currently have two vehicles with ABS light on.
Paid $95 including shipping. Some risk involved as it is used and was a return to store. Amazon sells for $169 and I would also have to pay sales tax.

Doesn't look too bad for the price really.

Have you received it yet? I would be curious what your thoughts are on it, shortcomings, etc.
Admittedly my Actron CP 9145 has been found lacking in the OBD2 department, and I would like something focused on that portion (worth its freaking weight in gold for OBD 1 and 1.5 however).

Mike, I have been running the OBD II software package you recommended for the past five or so years. I lost the OBD to USB connector and bought another on Amazon. I had a hard time getting the new connector to work, but after a few hours got it working.
Went to try the software the other day, and would not see the connector again. Went to the software provider web-site, maybe for a update. Looks like they may have shut down shop.
So, went looking for a hand held alternative that covers ABS, and this came up. So a auction on Ebay, so rolled the dice. I checked into Harbor Freights model, but it apparently does not cover ABS issues.

You're right though, it is kind of scary to think about the OBD 2 standard being live for 20 years already. Is this what it feels like to get old?

Well, in this industry you get what you pay for. If you pay $50 for a scan tool, you will get cheap imitation junk. DO NOT fall for the cheap ebay ****. You will spend more time figuring out why the damn thing doesn't do XYZ then you would fixing the actual problem.
