Remove supercharger
Cover your fenders to protect the paint.
Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Remove this bar to give you more room to work
Now remove all your vacuum lines and get them out of the way.
Remove the alternator bracket and the MAP sensors,
Relieve the fuel pressure in the fuel rail.
Remove the bolts holding the fuel rail in place.
Unplug all fuel injectors. Lift fuel rail off and move out of the way. Remove fuel injectors and put in a safe place.
Remove supercharger belt.
Unplug all sensors from the throttle body and remove bolts holding it to supercharger. Place in a safe place.
Ensure everything is out of the way.
Important Make note of spacers and bolt sizes in order to make installation easier.
Remove all bolts holding the supercharger to the LIM. There is one hidden bolt behind the snout.
Lift supercharger off and out of engine compartment.
Place on bench for any service work.
Clean all gasket surfaces.
Put new gasket in place.
Install in reverse order. Use a new gasket for the throttle body.
Torque to proper set points.
