Now it'* the courtesy lights
Hey all -
Did some searching, but couldn't find anything specific to my year. So here we go:
Woke up to a dead car this AM.
Apparently, all (Dome, doors, etc) interior lamps stay on, all the time. So I pulled fuse 4A , labeled '10A Interior Lamps' - they stayed on.
So then I pulled 6A. CTSY/PWR MIR, and they went out.
There are no door ajar indicaors lit.
I looked at this post
http://www.bonnevilleclub.com/forum/...courtesy+lamps
But it'* for a '96.
Was wondering if anyone had any tips for a '94.
Thanks
Matt

Thanks man -
I cycled through it, it'* off.
Also I ran through the MALL diagnostics listed in the post ref. above, got no 'bongs', but I'm not even sure my year has this module.
Thanks

You have the RAC Module.. If you have keyless entry, its the Remote Accessory Control Module... If you do not have keyless its the Retained Accessory Control Module...
In either event, this will turn on the interior lights for 20 seconds, when a door handle is pulled with the doors locked... If you open the door with the remote the interior lights will turn on for 20 seconds as well, even after you open the door and then get in and close it.. The lights will shut off with the timer..
If the Lights refuse to turn off then I would tell you to unplug the white connector on the RAC and see if the lights go out..

OK,
I found a silver box, about 6"x4", with blue, whiite and red connectors.
I removed the white one, the lights stayed on.
Fid I pick the right box? I don't see any others....
Thanks
