Default 2016 Buick LaCrosse - Jack Stand Spots for Oil Change

Vehicle: 2016 Buick LaCrosse 3.6L V6 Sport Touring FWD
Last time I changed the oil, I used low-profile ramps and did not have room to move.
I am planning to lift the vehicle at the pinch weld using a low-profile floor jack and custom lifting pad, but do not know where to place the jack stands.
The service manual says to only place jack stands under strong and stable vehicle structures, but it does not identify what or where they are.
I would greatly appreciate any recommended jack stand spots.
Thanks!

These cars don't have lots of good places to meaningfully support their weight safely (like for safety and for not damaging the car) besides the tires and the lift points, especially if you're just learning how to do stuff like this. If you can find these points on your front subframe, they can be a somewhat-good place to support a car like yours. Here'* a remotely-similar subframe example with high-detail callouts by me:

I would use normal ramps for this. The kind that go up about 12".

If the front of the car is too low to go up ramps like this, use a couple of 2x4'* sideways to get it up a little first:

Just be easy on the gas pedal and it will go up fine.

.

If I am always going to change my oil using ramps, should I change it more frequently due to the inefficient emptying of the oil pan on a tilt?

No, you'll actually get more out this way, because the drain plug will be on the downhill side of the pan.
