Default 2007 Yukon DOD/Misfire

So I have a 2007 Yukon SLT

Had a bad lifter tick so I had a DOD delete kit from AMS racing installed, local guy used HP tuners to shut it off through ECU. Piston crumbled out the bottom of the motor about a week later.

Just installed a used motor that ran good. Once installed I put in new spark plugs and wires. Getting P0351 P0354 P0356. Could this be due to shutting off DOD in previous motor & new motor still having mechanical DOD system in it? Swapped coils and problem didn’t follow so I’ve ruled that out. Just seeing anyone here has knowledge on this or ran into same type of issue?

P0351 - Ignition coil A primary or secondary circuit
P0354 - Ignition coil D primary or secondary circuit
P0356 - Ignition coil F primary or secondary circuit

In stock form, cylinders 1, 4, 6, and 7 are deactivated while AFM is commanded on. It is interesting here that all of your codes are for AFM cylinders, and because of this, it is equally interesting that there is no P0357 included.

I'd suspect some wiring or connectors has become damaged, probably while being moved around for the first time in 17ish years of temperature cycles.

You could test my theory by clearing codes and then driving on tow/haul mode to see if the codes come back. If they don't in a reasonable amount of time, switch back to non-tow/haul mode and see if they come back. This is a bit of a fishing expedition given the programming that has gone on with your PCM, I just know that it won't AFM anything if it is in tow/haul mode, so that helps ferret this out.
