Default 2007 Buick Lucerne CXL - Need Help on How to Remove Glove Box, Can not Figure it Out

For the life of me I cannot figure out how to remove the glove box on my 2007 Buick Lucerne CXL to gain access to my HVAC Actuator that seems to be stuck and making a clicking/grinding sound coming from under under the passenger side dash near the glove box. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for any help. I also have a video that I took of the sound that I could upload or provide a youtube link of a video of the sound if that would be any help.

Thank you so much for the info, but my main problem is that I cannot figure out how to get the glove box itself fully removed so that I can gain access to the HVAC Actuator that is located under the passenger side of my dash inside the car. I removed the bottom plate of the glove box and can actually see and almost reach my fingers up and touch the actuator, but I need to have the glove box fully removed to be able to reach it. I am almost positive that I had removed all of the screws holding in the glove box and that it would just pop out but it seems like there is some sort of hinge that is keeping the glove box stuck on there. Do you know anything about that? Thanks again for you help, I really appreciate it. I will go out and try and take a picture so I can upload so you can see what I mean.
