2018 Chevrolet Equinox 1.5 4WD LT I am looking for the vac specs on the Vacuum pump, how much vacuum should it provide at speicfied Engine RPMs. I would like to test my pump to be sure it is providing proper vacuum to the various components.

I don't. Usually they work fine unless they make bad noises. It'* a $60.00 part, so if it has a lot of miles on it it'd be worth replacing if you suspect issues.
