Default 2004 silverado wiper pulse board

My wipers only work on high. Does the 04 have a wiper pulse board or is it in the lever on the steering wheel. Does anyone know?

I believe the wipers in yours are controlled by the BCM, so probably the switch is tired. You might have some luck switching it back and forth across the entire range a bunch of times (with the ignition off), then try again with the ignition on and see if it made a difference. If it does make a difference then you have confirmation that the switch is flaky.
