I have a 2004 grand prix gt with no wiring and new harnesses.
where do they all go?

WOW! How did you lose all the wiring? The entire vehicle has no wiring? If so, find a new vehicle.

Okay, I hope somebody comes along with a detailed wiring diagram, however, that probably won't be enough. Moving wires around like this after they are many years old under a hood in the heat/cold/weather/etc. can lead to all kind of damage.

It looks like there is still a lot of stuff connected. How much is left to connect?

I wouldn't touch this thread with 10 miles of fiber optic.

IMO, go to a junk yard and find a same year/same engine harness. 99% of all 3800 N/A engine harness'* are the same.
