Default ABS/Brake light on

So I got a really nice car with only 100,000 on it for 800bucks and it needed some work. Got it running fixed a few things but the ABS/Brake light will not got out. I had it read and the codes are as follows.

C1246--Rear ABS channel will not move

C1257--Left front ABS motor circuit short to ground

C1262--Right front ABS motor circuit short to ground

C1265--Rear ABS motor circuit short to ground

C1273--Variable Effort steering VES actuator circuit open/short to ground

C1286-- EBCM turned on the re brake warning

It seems to me like this is a wiring problem or a fail in on of the systems. I dont believe its any of the wheel sensors but i could be wrong. What would cause all these codes or if anyone else as had this problem please let me know how you fixed it. Thanks all

Who had the scan tool to get the codes? If it'* a decent scan tool you may find some helpful info by looking at the live data for the ABS module.
The module may be bad.

So update. After about 5 hours and some wire chasing I fixed most of the issues. Only 2 codes remain and it happened to be bad connections inside the wiring harness itself. Did some testing and got .4 OHMS to each ABS motor so connections were fine. Then had to look at the connections on the EBCM side and same thing harness side was dirty and pins weren't connecting right so did some pin alignments and boom all codes gone except C1246 and C1286 (comes on because of 1246). So the problem is the ABS rear motor binding in the housing. Hope this helps others that may need it.
