2003 Pontiac Bonneville high idle
03 Bonneville when warm gets a high idle 1500 to 1800 in drive and 2000 to 2500 in park I've replaced tps, iac, maf & map and throttle body still does it in suggestions

Don't change from Park/Neutral to any other gear at more than 1,500 RPM, and a couple times doing this at 2,500RPM will ruin your transaxle.
Is the check engine light on?
Have you checked for vacuum leaks?
