Default Starter relay on '99 Saturn Sl2

Been having a problem with my Saturn off and on lately. Nothing happen when you turn the key to start. Everything else works ok. The next time you try to start it it might work fine. You can push start it if it doesn't do anything and it fires right up unless it'* too cold and the engine won't turn over when you dump the clutch. I thought it might be the clutch/starter switch that activates when you push the clutch in to start it. Replaced it. Old one checked out ok so I didn't need to change it out. Bought a starter relay for it but can't find the one on the car. It'* not one of those plug into fuze box relays it has a bracket on it to mount to firewall and has a 1" square plug with 5 contacts. I can't find it anywhere, not on fuze box under hood not on the passengers side of console with other relays, not mounted under hood or in behind the engine by the starter. The pictures are of the clutch/starter switch and the new relay. You'd think something as big as that relay should be easy to find but I just don't see it anywhere not even up under the dash.

I finally found it up under the dash wrapped up in tape. Replaced it and it didn't help either. Going to have to take it to my friendly GM dealership.

check the battery and ignition wire connections on the starter solenoid? if they're ok try tapping the solenoid, sometimes they get "lazy" and a tap or two will make them work at least for awhile. I've had more problems with the GM solenoids than the actual starter itself. One of the few good things that I could say at least about the old Fords was that they usually had the starter solenoid mounted on the fenderwell where they could easily be changed out when they started going bad, not mounted piggyback on the starter like GM does.

Going to have it hauled in to the GM Dealer. It'* too cold to mess with it much more. That starter relay was hid up by the clutch rod and taped to the wiring. I just happened to find a picture on Saturn site. I found this bundle up there and could just see the bottom of the relay had to cut the tape off of it.
