1999 Malibu misfire

1999 Malibu misfire
I have a 1999 Malibu. 3.1 v6 (engine code M) and it has developed a misfire that has skipped around from p0301, p0305, p0300. I have done a complete tuneup on it, but the misfire continues and my check engine light starts flashing about 2 minutes after it'* started cold and keeps flashing from then one. It is fouling my spark plugs (I think it'* running rich). I can hear the fuel injector functioning, but don't know if it'* spraying fuel, but I think it is, because my exhaust pipe right after my catalytic converter was glowing red the other day, so I think the gas was just running down into my exhaust system. Anyway, I dug deeper today and found that I also have a code p1676 code.
I just replaced the fuel filter and it didn't help.
Could the p1676 code be causing the misfire by itself?
Do I need to replace the EVAP vent valve/solenoid? I think its all one unit in the engine compartment.
The fuel pump is 10 years old and has over 200,000 miles on it, but still runs. Could the fuel pump be going bad and causing the misfire?
Do I need to replace the EVAP canister?
Do I need to replace the O2 sensors and/or catalytic converter since they were overheated and had raw gas burning through the exhaust system?
OR, do I just need to drive the car off a bridge.
I don't think any of the fuel injectors are bad, especially since the error code was skipping around to different cylinders.
I hope someone smart can help, because this is driving me crazy.

just push it off a bridge, lol
that code is for purge valve which is different from vent valve. the purge valve is by or on the engine and opens and closes to allow the vapors in from the canister. if its stuck open its like having a big vacuum leak with random amounts of fuel being sent into the engine that the engine wasent expecting. so if you find yours and plug the side toward the throttle body it may run better to see if thats the issue. but if you have driven it with the light flashing the cat is likely bad now, the reason it flashes is you are not supposed to drive it.
