I recently cut my springs from the Monroe quick struts because it sat way to high, it rides so so much better with them to my surprise. The handleing is out of this world, but the stock strut mounts couldent take it. Is like to use a strut that has a little stiffer valveing since the spring rate went up. Do I have any options as just performance strife without springs, I plan to reuse them. I don't want to have to rig it to use the w-body suspension

you will be better off buying the strut and spring package. you might buy a strut and have it blow because it was not the right size and height for your cut off spring. you could blow the new struts.
