Default clunk turning right

I'm getting a clunk sometimes when turning hard right. I can duplicate the sound with some quick right turns. I took a look at the way bar links and they seem mostly there. See attached photo.

Wheel bearings were done 20k ago and I just did the tie rod ends and had an alignment.

More than likely ball joints..Or it could be the rubber MOUNTS for the swaybar..check for play in balljoints

I would be looking at the sway bar. That picture looks odd. You can get new links from places like autozone, use the universal ones, $15 or so I think.

Haven't heard of ball joints going bad in a 200-2005 bonnie.

Thanks Danthurs, I thought the picture was a bit odd myself. It looks like the bolt is not quite straight through so perhaps it is broken or bent. Since this is an easy fix I will try to pick up a pair of Energy Suspension links.

Won't take long to swap them out. Looks like the plastic tube part is broken and rubbing. That will cause a clunk.

Default Bushings and links?

Couldn't find energy suspension links anyplace. I need a 3/8-16 x 6" with a 1.5" spacer.

Found these at Napa and they are probably good enough.

Wonder if it is worth swapping out the sway bar bushings at the same time. I see some of them are greasable but I'm not sure what size the sway bar is.

Hmm, I've got same sound on the 2000 98k mile SSEI, not just on right turns. I'll check the indicated points. Thanks guys.

You should also check the control arm bushings. Mine were bad and caused a clunk going over bumps..
