My blower motor seems to operate whenever it wants to. I have checked the fuses. and recently discovered a blower motor resistor located on the heater box. i would expect if the resistor was bad the blower would not work at all I think the problem is the cage is going bad after 8 years, but figured i would ask some actual mechanics or people with more knowledge than myself.
