So while looking through Craigslist I saw a SSEI with Swoopies on it. Said car had no codes just minor maint. things needed to be done. It has 107k on the odo. So when I called the guy, seeming very honest, he alerted me to the issues he has with the car. Here they are.
Powersteering Pump
Brake Booster is out
Drivers window won't roll down
Rotors need to be replaced or machined
Now considering the mileage and all things wrong with it. Assuming this is all that is wrong. How much is the car worth? He has a 2300 sticker on it.

I'm not sure the exact year. 2k-2003. I assumed the swoopies would give it away since I didn't know the exact year myself.

Im agreeing with sawgunner on this one. My 00 boneville ran me about 3500 and the only problem was the driver window didnt roll down. Judging by all those issues his price def needs to come down.

I like to use Edmunds over Kellys. I believe their calculations are better formed around the real market. For 2000SSEi they say.

Trade-In -----------------PrivateParty---------------- Dealer Retail
----------------------$3,113 --------------------$4,258----------------------- $5,550
But keep in mind, that price is for a nice one in great shape inside and out. The repairs mentioned don't sound serious, and the mileage isn't bad for a 10 year old car. But high enough to make it undesirable for trade/resale in a "New Lot" that sells trades. They like cars under 7 years and under 100k.
Other than that your local market and how you like/feel about the car makes it tough to say further.

Sight unseen he came down to 2 grand. I told him that I would still have to check the car out to make sure there wasn't anything else wrong. I'm sure the intermediate shaft is hosed. Also, check it to see if it is losing oil and what not.
$2K is not bad for a 2000 with the repairs that you mentioned.
