Default Clean Wheels

My friend and I cleaned our cars before racing. I used eagle one wheel Keep Clean. Idk if it has to do with I also went to ceramics brakes. But my wheels look like I just washed them which was 13 days ago. I give it a stamp.

I'll have to give it a try. I have been using a mixture of dish soap and "Iron Out"

my favorite is Turtle Wax Ice Wheel Cleaner, is has some dilute acid to get out corrosion and even took some rust off mine

only down side is that it reacts with some tires a little bit, it leaves a light brown color on the sidewall if it sits but it doens't effect my Goodyears or my dad'* Kuhmos

Most of the wheel cleaners have diluted acid in them and causes the brown color on the tires after use. After I clean my wheels, I then uses Wesley'* Bleach White and with a soft nylon brush clean the tires. After the tires sun dry, I then use a wetting compound on the side walls like Eagle Wet Shine.

When using these wheel cleaners really follow the direction. If they say spray and then let them soak for 30 seconds. Don't leave it on any longer. the acid can etch and will definitely start to delaminate some painted surfaces. I do one wheel at a time - spray, agitate with a wheel brush or dedicate wheel wash mit, then rinse, rinse, rinse!

I use tMcGuire'* after cleaning with my concoction to remove the dulling effect it has. And yes, it does work well. Bu I hate using it first with all the brake gunk adhering to the wheels.

Try using a Mr Clean majic eraser, Works wonders. Found out about it at local auto parts store.
